Needs Analysis

The first step of creating a successful project.

The objective of the needs analysis is to develop the ideas and plans of a departmental group into a potential project. In collaboration with the client we work together to identify the architectural program and audio-visual and infrastructure requirements of a project.

In this initial meeting we will assist the client department to gather project background information, clarify project prerequisites, highlight potential constraints, and identify project site issues.

From this interactive process with the client, we will develop a proposal estimate document based on the information we have gathered and initial project deliverable schedule that identifies important dates. After client review and approval of the functionalities, scope and schedule of our proposal for the project we are involved until the completion.
