In the earliest phases of the project, AVDC will review and research the client and architect development objectives to ensure a complete understanding of the project team’s vision and goals, even before the initiation of systems design.
An in depth review of the projects scope, budget parameters and schedule affords us the opportunity to provide feed-back to the client and architect and proactively refine issues which when resolved early can yield substantial dividends in saved time, money, and coordination as the project evolves.
